I didn't start in insurance to get rich quick or climb some corporate ladder. I got into this business because I watched too many good people get confused, pressured, and taken advantage of when buying coverage they didn't understand.
After years in the industry, I realized families in Kentucky and Ohio needed something different - an agent who actually listens, explains things in plain English, and puts their needs ahead of his commission. That's why I went independent in 2010 and never looked back.
